1. Introduction
At Skill India Students Classes, we strive to provide quality educational services and training programs. This Refund & Returns Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be provided.
2. Admission Fees and Registration Fees
- Admission fees and registration fees paid for any course are generally non-refundable.
- Students are advised to carefully review all course details before making payment.
3. Course Fee Refund Policy
Refund requests may be considered only under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake.
- Technical payment failure where services were not provided.
- Course cancellation by Skill India Students Classes.
In such cases, students must contact us within 7 days of payment.
4. No Refund Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Student voluntarily leaves the course.
- Student fails to attend classes.
- Change of mind after admission.
- Course materials have already been provided.
- Online classes have already started or been accessed.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within:
7–15 working days
The refund amount will be credited through the original payment method.
6. Franchise and Membership Fees
- Franchise registration fees are generally non-refundable.
- Membership fees and service charges are also non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
7. Cancellation Policy
Students wishing to cancel admission must submit a written request through email or contact form.
